Terms
The short version: a £25 deposit books your build in, the rest is paid before your site goes live, and nothing here is meant to catch you out.
The deposit
A £25 deposit is taken to book your website build. It's deducted from the final price, so it isn't an extra charge.
The deposit is non-refundable once paid.
Paying the balance
The remaining balance is due before your site goes live. Once it's paid, your site is published on your domain and handed over to you.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by letting us know by email or phone.
If you cancel, the deposit is kept, but nothing further is owed.
If we're unable to complete your site for any reason, your deposit is refunded in full.
Changes after launch
Edits after your site goes live — new photos, updated prices and so on — are quoted separately, or covered by an optional monthly plan if you have one.
Your rights
These terms don't affect your statutory rights.
